Responsibilities

• Work within the UI/UX team to turn requirements and mock-ups into fully functioning features using JavaScript / ReactJS and HTML/CSS skills.
• Work within the UI/UX team to co-design and develop back-end services in Java or Scala to produce data feed that are required by front-end/visualization layer from variety of datastores.
• Collaborate with product management, sales and marketing, and solution delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are well managed and reflected in product releases.
• Support the deployment of DataSpark software within clients' technology environments

Requirements

• Any under-graduate with a keen interest to pursue a software engineering career.
• Have been programming in either school projects, personal projects, open-source projects with a passion on deepening skills in any of these technologies JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ReactJS, Java, Scala.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the above technologies listed.
• Pride himself/herself to be able to write clean good code but hungry to learn from the best and improve.
• Exposed to Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) at some conceptual level.
• Knowledge of agile software development methodology.
• Working knowledge of using Dockers and containers in development workflow.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines will be a definite plus
